After completing the coursework, you can take on to several roads like:

• Soldering and brazing
• Standard arc welding
• Tungsten Inert Gas welding (TIG)

MIG welder uses a spool of wire which helps in providing a continuous feed rather than a rod. This continuous procedure helps in joining longer pieces of metals without any breaking point for the replacement of the rod. Soldering and brazing has a different way to join the metal. It joins with molten metal. The metal that is added has a lower melting point than the piece and therefore, only metal is melted in the process.

If we talk about standard arc welding in getting the required welder qualification, strong electric current is used for welding large metal alligator clips. How is it done? It is quite a crucial question and it can be appropriately answered by real testers. The electric circuit is created while two rods touch each other. They create massive heat which further causes the steel rod to melt together with the two welded pieces.

Each and every welding procedure has their methodologies and cannot be compared with the other. The sources are different, the results are different and time while going on with the procedure is also different. TIG welding uses welding rod and electrical torch to melt the rod as well as the welded piece.
